Hemp Paper Company provides sustainable hemp paper packaging products including paper bags, folding cartons, paperboard sheets, and related products. All products are subject to availability and we reserve the right to discontinue any product without notice.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse any order. Custom orders require a signed quote approval before production begins.
Payment is due according to the terms specified in your invoice or purchase agreement. For new customers, payment may be required before shipment. We accept major credit cards, wire transfers, and ACH payments.
Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
Custom printed products are non-refundable. Standard products may be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original condition. Contact us at info@hemppaperco.com to initiate a return.
